PI Engineering Dual PS/2 Y-Mouse Adapter

Nov 21, 2000

This is such a difficult product to track down that I've put a lot of the info right here. One supplier is www.cdw.com. The most recent direct link to their page for this product is

http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/default.asp?EDC=093408

but such links go out of date rapidly. As a last resort, track it down from the manufacturer, PI Engineering.

Accommodates right and left-handed users by placing mice on both sides of a computer.

The Y-mouse Dual PS/2 Mouse Adapter Port works with all systems that support a PS/2 mouse. Both devices need to use similar mouse protocol. Trackballs, Touchpads and Mice are all relative coordinate devices that use similar mouse protocol. (I have both a trackball and scroll mouse attached with no problem, JB.)

Switching between devices helps avoid repetitive motion problems
Daisy chain to attach even more pointing devices at a time
The PS/2 Y-mouse also supports most scrolling mice.
